License

For example, a 1-year license entitles you to download the product an unlimited number of times within one year. If the license is extended for another period, you are entitled to download the product for another year. You can continue to use the downloaded product without restriction after the license expires, but you can no longer download newer versions of the product (updates). Therefore, the use of the products is not time-limited. However, if you want to receive updates and support for a paid product, you must have a valid license.

Licenses cannot be transferred without the permission of the operator of this website (tech.spuur).

 

Automatic Renewal of Licenses

By default, licenses for paid products are automatically renewed after their term. The payment information stored in your user account is used for this. If no payment information is available or if the automatic renewal has been manually disabled through the user account, there will be no automatic renewal, and your access and support for the product will be discontinued.

 

User Account

When you purchase a license for the first time, you will create a user account on this website during the payment process. Through the user account, you can view and manage all relevant information about your current and past licenses. The user account remains active beyond the term of the completed licenses. If you want to delete the user account, please send me a deletion request via the contact form or to the address provided in the legal notice (Impressum).

 

Refunds

If you have problems using purchased products functionally, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued after 14 days. Before a refund is granted, however, you must allow me to help you resolve the issue by sending a support request via the contact form.

Refunds are also granted for unwanted license renewals. If you intended to cancel your license and forgot to deactivate the automatic renewal, contact me within 7 days of the renewal.

 

Warranty

Paid Joomla extensions offered on this website are tested with a fresh Joomla installation, the default Joomla template (Cassiopeia), and current browser versions before they are released. It is not guaranteed that they will work with all third-party extensions and templates or with all web browsers. The developer is not responsible for any compatibility conflicts that may occur.
